The key to our success is that all facilitators of the Affinities Group have decades of practical experience in applying effective learning techniques that ensure success; essential skills and education with an emphasis on experimental learning, instead of the conventionial classroom model. Affinities builds a strong, trusting, respectful relationship with each participant to match skill sets and lifestyle with a rewarding future.

Amelia Rollingmud - Facilitator - part Nakoda Sioux and part Blackfoot. Raised by my grandmother on the Morley Reserve. She attended community school and non-native school off reserve.  Her family struggles with alcoholism, but she stayed in school and graduated grade 12, being the first of her family to accomplish this goal. She has always been an independent person, always took it upon herself to get done what she wanted to do.

A hard worker - from janitor, retail, server, seamstress, administration assistant, office coordinator, and now Certified Life Skills Coach, she always takes pride in what she does.

Renee Sikorski - Facilitator - A single mother of four dedicated to helping others in their journey to success. In her desire to do so she completed her Project Management Certificate in 2012. Renee is self-motivated and uses her life experiences to enable other’s to reach their full potential. A background in customer service and program development allows her to see things from a participant’s point of view.

Lori Craig - Facilitator - An accomplished speaker and presenter who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations move from dependence to independence to interdependence.  She is a certified facilitator of Stephen Covey's renowned 'The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People' program. She is also a certified cognitive coach and CHRP (Certified Human Resource Practitioner).  Lori has worked with Indigenous People around the world in her capacity as a volunteer leader with Global Citizens Network and as a regular presenter at Canadian Aboriginal Human Resources and Management Conferences.
